Self-contained, fully autonomous modules for vehicles test and revision. OMP RFC 001 is a mobile vehicle test lane composed of two ISO 1C container.
Container A) is internally divided in two parts: a storage area for stocking and locking part of the test lane during transport operations and an office complete with shelves for storing instruments, PC, and documents. The office is also provided with a desk for filling the documents and a counter to receive people.
Container B) is also internally divided in two parts: a storage area for stocking and locking the other part of the test lane during transport operations and a power room complete with an 85kVA power generator.
A set of cables assure the connection between the two modules.
All OMP products deliver a high level and value of functionality, being designed and built around four key principles:
- The roller brake tester of the OMP RFC 001 diagnosis lane is delivered with a couple of 20+20 kW self-braking motors motor drive with a max brake force of 50.000 N. All roller brake tester are equipped with an integrated weighting system.
- The self-braking motors allow the vehicle to come out easily from the roller bed without running the motors, thus reducing the testing costs and granting a lower wear of the brake tester itself.
- The large-size rollers with innovative silica-granule added resin coating ensure perfect grip in all test conditions and safeguard tyre wear.
- The weighing system of each roller unit consists of 4 high precision strain gauge load cells for measuring dynamic weight under test.
- The management software is extremely user friendly and graphics are very immediate and clear. Thanks to the flexibility of the software, diverse operating mode options are available, including:

“Manual” testing, with selection and performance of tests directly by remote control with repeat option (ideal for diagnosis).
